What I fear most is fear itself

I know some of you might have heard from me that I am planning to make a film on my recent life.
There's a morning in January when I woke up and this name flashed--"What I fear most is fear itself", along with the outline of the film in motion.

This phrase sounds a bit familiar, right?
I googled it when I was brainstorming on this project just now (I got a rlly nice notebook for it :p)

Here's a research which I'd like to share with you.

"... the only thing we have to fear is fear itself — nameless, unreasoning, unjustified terror which paralyzes needed efforts to convert retreat into advance..." ~by Franklin D. Roosevelt in his first inaugural address in 4 Mar 1933
