Desperate Hours

PRAYER REQUEST: 78 DISCIPLES MISSING IN MANILA!!!!!!!!! Pray that they will be found. Pray that the church could meet the need of the disciples that are found.

Situation: 78 disciples are missing. Water is still rising and another typhoon is due on friday.

Interview with Koko Enrile:

So far, our count this morning, there is still 78 disciples unaccounted for. And so, we are doing everything that we can to get in touch with them. There are still some areas in Manila that are flooded. We are trying to get to them(disciples), swim to them, get some boats to them...trying every type of communication.

But in locona which is very close to Manila, is still under water. The buildings have at least 4 people in water in them. So we got teams in various places set up now. And what we are doing to the disciples is sending out packages with water, food, clothes...anything of the disciples that are still splendid. They have lost everything. They don't have clothes and they are starving. So we got teams going out sending food to them, which is the most crucial at this point, and water and medicine.

The disciples are fighting really well in Manila. They are awesome. Their hearts and spirit are very high. They are all asking how can we help, despite themselves being victims. Even with their homes, they clear things from their homes so that they can share their homes with other disciples. Disciples who have lost their homes are staying with those who still have rooms spared and spaces spared. So the spirit of the disciples are very high. There is a pair of couple with 50 peoples in their home, others having 20 people in their homes.

//How can we help?

By continuously praying that we'll be able to locate and help all the disciples that are still missing, even those that we have found but still have a lot of needs. So please pray for the situation. And continuous giving out in our calamity fund, because this is what we are trying to set up. Give to the house of disciples as fast in this weekend. So that they could begin to rebuild their lives. So, amen for and keep in touch. Insists in this way to go and we are connected with each other again. And we are not alone.
